Terms & Conditions

Welcome to Atonee Solutions ("Company"). By engaging our consulting services, you ("Client") agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions.

The Company agrees to provide consulting services as detailed in the scope of work document provided to the Client. Any additional services requested by the Client will require a new agreement or amendment to the existing agreement.

The Client agrees to pay the fees specified in the proposal or agreement. Payment terms are net 30 days from the date of invoice unless otherwise agreed in writing. Late payments may incur a late fee of 5% per month.

Both parties agree to keep all confidential information disclosed during the consulting relationship confidential. This obligation extends beyond the termination of this agreement.

Any materials or intellectual property developed by the Company during the course of the engagement remain the property of the Company unless otherwise agreed in writing.

The Company will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the provision of its services. The Company’s total liability will not exceed the amount paid by the Client for the services.

Either party may terminate this agreement with 30 days written notice. The Client will be responsible for payment for all services rendered up to the date of termination.

This agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Florida USA.

Any disputes arising out of or in connection with this agreement shall be resolved through mediation or binding arbitration in Miami, FL USA.

The Company reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time. Any changes will be communicated to the Client in writing.
